| The estate with the ancient villa of country they go up again to 1850, as it shows a small monument to the entry. We have an apartment composed by a matrimonial room with tv, a stay with read couch, complete kitchen, bath with shower, external patio. Besides we have three matrimonial rooms, a triple room composed by matrimonial bed and a single bed, a quadruple room composed by matrimonial bed and two single beds, and finally a room with single bed. Every room has its bath deprived with shower, laundry, heating, tv and an ample window. the hair dryer is not anticipated. Laundry is changed twice to week and the cleanings they are daily. For those people that choose the solution bed & breakfast, the breakfast has served in common in the room restaurant, the service is not anticipated in room. To the moment, we don't otherwise have still suitable structures for the skilled, nevertheless there are no particular obstacles to their stay. Our restaurant is available both for the guests of the rooms, and for external guests. We have two inside rooms for general 120 places and an external gazebo for general 50 places. Each is endowed with services, heating and conditioned air. Our kitchen primarily offers products results from our agricultural firm. Where is not possible we supply there from manufacturing of the territory. We guarantee the quality and the tradition, meats, oil extravergine of olive, vegetables, appreciated wines, these are our productions. Our structure is endowed with free reserved parking lot, also to the covered one. The swimming pool is in construction. We offer service of transfer (airport and station). We speak Italian and English. Our estate is ideal for one weekend or simply to spend, pleasantly, moments of relax in the green; all this not too far the city. |
