| La Sosta di Ottone III,a 16th century listed building, is a perfect location for active travelers looking to discover the Cinque Terre and enjoy the atmosphere and rhythm of a medieval rural village. The village is not accessible by car: the Inn is reached via a 100 meters footpath (not ideal for steamer trunk luggage!) at the end of which is La Sosta overlooking the Levanto valley and the sea. Walk to the Cinque Terre directly from the Inn by following the marked pathway through olive groves end pine forests or sunbathe and swim at the nearby beaches of Levanto (1 hour and 35 minutes walk) and Monterosso (2 hours and 30 minutes walk). There are 4 spacious suites: Ottone III, Silvestro II, Teofano and Adelaide. All are decorated with an appealing blend of antique furnishings and décor with stunning marble or mosaic ensuite bathrooms. From each suite, guests can admire a spectacular view overlooking the Levanto valley and the sea. Particular care has been taken to use local materials and artisans for decoration and furnishings. All the suites are non smoking and have heating, air conditioning, a safe deposit box, a fridge, a hairdryer and broadband internet connection. An Internet Point for guests is available in the Inn's sitting room. |
