| The Holiday Farmhouse “Calabricchia” is situated in a green landscape in the heart of the fascinating Garfagnana valley, north of Lucca. This rural property, which was once a thriving farmhouse, has now been completely restored and become a perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday. The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers, who can enjoy the stunning views whilst trekking or mountain biking (bikes provided) in the numerous paths of the valley. The property has been restored using many of the original materials, thus retaining many of its traditional rural features and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, whilst providing all the modern comforts and equipment. The building is surrounded by 2 hectares of farmland cereal crop cultivation and meadows. The large swimming pool (14m x 7m) with ample paving is situated in front of the house, ideal for children and sunbathing. The verandas and covered porches are perfect for eating out during the day and evening. “Calabricchia” is an ideal base for visiting local attractions, such as the “Orecchiella Park”, the cultural cities of Lucca, Pisa and Florence and the Versilia coast. |
