| “Cioccoleta” is the name of our farmland from which we have given the name to our country house or “agriturismo". Simplicity in our gestures, hospitality typically offered by our land and a structure that meets our expectations: we are convinced that this, in addition to the beauty and calmness that one absorbs by simply observing the scenery, is the visiting card that best describes us. Being that our country-house is surrounded by vineyards, each one of our 8 spacious rooms has been given the name of a vine that actually grows on our premises: Procanico, Verdello, Drupeggio, Malvasia, Grechetto, Ciliegiolo, San Giovese, Canaiolo. VACATION: Our country-house can be the correct location for both a calm and peaceful stay as well as the starting point for a variety of excursions (walks in the country-side, visits to Orvieto, or towards close Etruscan towns: Perugia, Rome and Viterbo). WORK purposes: Located only 7km from the closest exit on highway A1 and only 4km from the centre of Orvieto, this location can provide an ideal stay for either one who is in the area for work or as a point of transit; staying with us can be functional, comfortable and relaxing. In furthering your research on us, you will find that the hospitality has an antic style: from the sent of the vineyards to the taste of its olive oil savored amongst an uncontaminated landscape, in a family setting. Even the wild animals, though not dangerous, that one can occasionally encounter, have chosen the protection of our land. We offer: - Bed & Breakfast in a warm and hospitable double or single room. - Within the 30 hectare premises, one will find pleasant walking paths between the vineyards and the olive groves. • Bike excursions that wind within the traditional countryside. - Any information regarding the history of our antic city, local celebrations, folklore and curiosity tied to our nature, territory, culture and entertainment. |
